Cliffs of Moher, Ireland

I tagged along Kalle for his trip to Ireland. Then met my good buddy A.Z. who's conveniently visiting his friends in Dublin at the same time.
So, we arranged to meet up in Cliffs of Moher, he and Seha from Dublin and we were from Limerick.
It was raining (typical Irish Summer/Fall) but we managed to get some pictures before it was pouring again just before we were about to leave.Was a good week though.

KL-Air Supply

In conjunction of my BFF burfffday..we celebrate with ol skool band..Air Supply. Held at Grand Ballroom Hilton Hotel, KL...(I know...in a ballroom??) but it wasn't so bad.. although the sound system sort of kill their show...twice!

I never imagine I would go to the States, not that I don't like the shopping or the sightseeing, it's just because there are too much hassles to get into that country. To get the visa was definitely a nightmare, several security checkpoint as if we are desperate to bomb the entire nation, they think they are the most civilized people in the world and look down on other people. But who can blame them, people are following the AMERICAN DREAM...(live illegally and work at McDonalds, haha!)
Anyways, here are some pictures I managed to take during my 49hours layover in SF...not much to upload coz there's not enough time and the weather wasn't at its best

Helsinki-Lapland-Lahti

Hello people..this time we were in Finland for winter holiday. It's also Easter Holiday, so Kalle's dad and his partner invites us to Lapland for skiing (well, that part I'll tell in details later)
It's a beautiful place. The village we were at is located 150km north from the Arctic Circle, the northern part of the globe I have been so far. A small village near the highest fell in Finnish Lapland is called Akaslompolo in local language which means 'the riverbend where reindeers come and drink from'. Santa's house is also nearby but we didn't have the possibility of going there.There's always a next time 
We spent the days cross-country skiing (for my father-in-law at least) and did some husky ride and snow-mobile ride through the forest. This time of the year is perfect, still cold(-18 degrees mininum in the night and early morning and -1 to +4 degrees maximum during the day, with 2 days sunshine and the last 2 days snowing) I couldn't ask for more 
Sadly the time flies so quickly, by the time we get back to Helsinki, already more than half of our vacation gone. We spent the rest of our days in Lahti with my mother-in-law. One day in Orivesi where his grandma lives at the moment.
By the time we get to the airport, I really don't feel like leaving. People said northern weather (no sun, dark, gloomy) makes you depress and sad, but I don't know if I feel sad because I have to leave or sad that I don't really feel like coming to Dubai anymore.
